Washington Women In Need operates under the thoughtful guidance and direction of a volunteer Board of Directors. For the fiscal year 2010-2011, the Board consists of 18 individuals with a broad range of experience and expertise. The role of the Board is to govern the organization through strategic and visionary planning.
